CoffeeCo was established in 1983 as one of the first coffee shops in the Lancaster area. Over the years the business has changed, but the one constant has always been the incredible coffee.
John and Heidi Smucker are the fourth owners of CoffeeCo. They bought the business in 2015 and have worked to build on the great foundation that came before them.
John and Heidi love traveling, dining out, and spending time with their grandchildren. Their goal is to make Lancaster County — and beyond! — a better place to live by providing great jobs, excellent food and drink, and exceptional service.

Most of our managers started as baristas, servers, and grill cooks. They stayed because the team feels like family, and it shows in every cup we pour.

Cody started back when CoffeeCo was a single family shop and helped grow it into six cafes. He loves the great customers and the enthusiastic teams.
Kylie joined as a barista and moved swiftly into management at Lititz, then joined the corporate team in 2024. She loves the growth opportunities and the culture.
Fer came all the way from Texas and brought fun, energy, and organization with him. He prides himself on the camaraderie at his cafe.
Narissa started front of house, then launched our Ephrata location. She brings warmth, leadership, and a real passion for connection.
One of our best grill cooks, Dawn advanced quickly into management. Her favorite part of the job is the team and helping them grow.
Shannon jumped straight into management at New Holland and brought organization, strong leadership, and dance parties to the team.
Chris started front of house and grew into a manager. What he loves most are the connections — with the community and his teammates.
Crystal started as a server and grew into cafe manager. She loves getting to know her regulars and hearing what's going on in their lives.
Open Mon – Sat 7:00 am – 2:30 pm and Sunday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm. New Holland is open 7:00 am – 2:30 pm every day.
Closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
