Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of www.coffeecocafe.com (the "Site") and our online coffee store, run by CoffeeCo Cafe, owned and operated by KH Group LLC ("CoffeeCo," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Don't try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Don't copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our permission.
• Information you send through our forms must be accurate and yours to share.

Menus, hours, locations and other cafe details can change. We try to keep the Site current, but please check with your cafe if something matters to you.

Online store

• Orders and payments are processed through Shopify checkout. Shopify's terms and privacy policy also apply when you check out.
• Prices, product availability, taxes and shipping rates are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
• We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, for pricing errors or suspected fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund your payment.
• Product photos are for illustration. Coffee is a natural product, so color and flavor can vary from batch to batch.

Returns and refunds

If there's a problem with an online order, contact us through our contact page or by phone and we'll work with you to make it right.

Gift cards and promotions

• Gift cards are purchased, checked and reloaded through Toast and are subject to Toast's terms and any terms shown at purchase.
• Promotional offers, such as Bean Bucks, are subject to the terms stated in the offer, including dates, eligibility and redemption rules.
• Promotions have no cash value unless the offer says otherwise and may be changed or ended as stated in the offer or as allowed by law.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to services run by others, including Toast (online ordering, catering, gift cards, waitlists), Shopify (checkout), Google Maps, Vimeo, Facebook and Instagram. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Intellectual property

The CoffeeCo name, logos, photos, text, graphics and other Site content belong to CoffeeCo Cafe, owned and operated by KH Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Allergen and ingredient questions should be asked at the cafe before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoffeeCo Cafe, owned and operated by KH Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or online store. Our total liability for any claim related to an online store order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
